Billing & Pricing
4 questionsMAGIC offers three tiers: Explore (free, 1 platform, basic MMM), Scale ($299/month, 9 platforms, dual-engine MMM, unlimited AI Copilot), and Enterprise (custom pricing with SSO, custom integrations, and dedicated support).
Yes. The Explore tier is free forever with no credit card required. Scale tier includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. You can downgrade to Explore at any time.
Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Billing and click "Manage Subscription." You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. All your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer or invoice.
Data & Platforms
5 questionsMAGIC currently supports 9 platforms: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Facebook Pages, and CSV upload for custom data sources.
Automatic syncs run every 6 hours. You can also trigger manual syncs from the Connectors page at any time. The initial sync pulls up to 12 months of historical data depending on your plan.
Explore tier retains 7 days of data. Scale tier retains 12 months. Enterprise tier has configurable retention up to 36 months. When data leaves the retention window, aggregated summaries are preserved.
Yes. Use the CSV upload connector to import data from any source. Your CSV needs columns for date, platform name, spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions. We provide a template you can download.
Primary data is stored in ClickHouse databases hosted on servers in Germany and the Netherlands (EU). Metadata and account information are stored in PostgreSQL in the same region. No data leaves the EU.
Security & Compliance
4 questionsYes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. API keys and OAuth tokens are encrypted with separate keys and stored in isolated credential vaults.
Yes. MAGIC is fully GDPR compliant. We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all customers. You can request data export or deletion at any time through Settings or by contacting our DPO.
MAGIC complies with Mexico's Ley Federal de Proteccion de Datos Personales en Posesion de los Particulares (LFPDPPP). Our Aviso de Privacidad is available in Spanish on our legal pages.
SSO with SAML 2.0 is available on the Enterprise tier. We support integration with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and other SAML-compliant identity providers. Contact our sales team for setup.
AI & Models
4 questionsMAGIC uses a combination of models: Groq-hosted LLMs (Llama) for the AI Copilot chat, Meta's Robyn for frequentist Marketing Mix Modeling, and Google's Meridian for Bayesian MMM. The dual-engine approach provides cross-validated attribution results.
Both Robyn (frequentist) and Meridian (Bayesian) run on the same dataset in parallel. Each produces independent attribution results. When both engines agree on a channel's contribution, you can act with high confidence. When they disagree, MAGIC highlights the uncertainty for deeper investigation.
No. Your data is never used to train or fine-tune any AI model. All AI processing is stateless — your data is sent, processed, and the response is returned. No data is retained by the LLM provider.
Accuracy depends on data quality and volume. With at least 6 months of daily-granularity data across multiple channels, MAGIC typically achieves R-squared values above 0.85. The dual-engine validation further increases confidence in the results.
